The client's application Object Control uses a large amount of personal data. It was critical that all documents, procedures and policies of the application comply with national and international legislation on personal data protection.
We began our work on this case by advising the client on the protection of users' personal data when using the Object Control application. We provided recommendations on the first necessary measures for compliance of the client's product with GDPR. As a result, IPStyle team drafted all necessary documents for the site and application that dealt with personal data protection, including:
- privacy policy;
- cookie policy;
- an agreement on the processing of personal data;
- SCC standardized terms and conditions, etc.
As a result, we were able to provide full GDPR compliance of the client's IT product.
